Meet the Teacher

What is your name?

My name is Navielys Santos

What do you teach?

I just started working at True Foundation in a non-teaching position and am currently only leading one class.

How many years have you taught at True Foundation?

I am brand new as of January 2026

What do you appreciate most about the Principle Approach?

I value the full integration of biblical principles, where every lesson is firmly rooted in the Word. This school doesn’t just focus on teaching but also actively training students in the way they should go.

What do you see in your students that is most encouraging?

What I see in every student that is the most encouraging is their resilience. Despite making mistakes, they persistently keep trying, and that continuous effort is truly admirable.

Why do you love teaching at True Foundation?

I love teaching at True Foundation because I sincerely believe in the principles they teach. Also, I’ve never had a job where the staff are true team players, and that has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this job

How do you teach Biblical worldview in your classroom?

By being an example they can follow.

What do you think most students appreciate about your class?

I’ve noticed that students respond deeply to one on one attention. I make it a point to spend a few minutes with them asking about their lives and really listening. I believe showing genuine interest helps them feel seen, valued, and safe.

What is unique about you, your talents, or interests that you bring to the class room?

Because I’m a visual learner, I naturally relate to students who have a harder time processing information. I take the time to figure out how they learn best so they don’t feel left behind.

What have you seen in your students over the years that has touched your heart the most?

What has touched my heart the most is how unique each student is and how comfortable they are being themselves.
